An avid home cook, I spend time retracing the history of American cuisine through text. Recreating the recipes of Picayune's Creole Cookbook, Virginia Housewife, James Beard’s American Cookery, and more.Outside of the kitchen I enjoy music and running and use destination races or bucket list concerts as catalysts to adventure.When I'm not obsessing over the latest trends in go-to-market strategy, ABM methods, or D2C channels; you might find me jogging around Brooklyn, watching the latest Premier League games, or cheering for my hometown football team - the Buffalo Bills.
